Background
Jacob Cole works with founder-owned businesses as an investor and operator to build durable companies with room to scale. He previously worked as Employee #2 and a Principal at the investment firm Full In Partners, where he worked closely with software and marketplace founders across Europe and North America. Earlier in his career, he advised private equity firms as a consultant at Notch Partners. Jacob is a graduate of Davidson College, where he was a member of the men’s rowing team.
